​​During launch, HyperCare support is available to answer questions and assist with system navigation. 


As we move into Week 4 of the IWDS 2.0 launch, we're adjusting our Hypercare schedule. We'll be offering fewer overall support hours while providing more targeted breakout rooms focused on the topics we're seeing most frequently or that remain high priority. Please note that our team will only be available during the hours listed below. If Career Planners join the Hypercare room outside of those hours, staff will not be available.
